Terms of Use
The Site is for the sole use of Athletes, College Coaches, High School Exposure, LLC and its affiliates and Third party Advertisers. Usage by any other party is strictly prohibited.
Athletes are student athletes in high school that desire to play a sport at the collegiate level that subscribe to High School Exposure, LLC’s professional services.
College Coaches are individuals that have employment at a NCAA, NAIA, NCCAA, or NJCAA school as a head coach, assistant coach, graduate assistant, or recruiter.
All usage of the Site must not violate or be for a purpose that that would violate any federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance.
ALL DATA SUBMITTED TO THIS SITE BY ANY PARTY MUST BE ACCURATE AND TRUTHFUL. YOU MAY NOT SUBMIT DATA UNDER ANOTHER PERSON’S NAME UNLESS YOU ARE THE ATHLETE’S PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
In the Athlete profile section of the Site, Athletes may only view their own account. Registered Coaches may view all of the Athletes.
Use of another person’s username or password is strictly prohibited and any attempt to access files reserved solely for the use of High School Exposure, LLC will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
You may not solicit any user of this Site except for the sole purpose of recruiting an Athlete for a college sport.
High School Exposure, LLC’s name, all derivatives of the name, its logos, tradenames, trademarks, graphics, internet coding, and articles (collectively referred to as “Proprietary Information”) are the exclusive property of High School Exposure, LLC and all rights thereof are reserved to High School Exposure, LLC for its sole use. You will not use or reproduce the Proprietary Information in any manner without High School Exposure, LLC’s prior written consent.
High School Exposure, LLC is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NCCAA, NJCAA, or any other collegiate athletic governing body. High School Exposure, LLC is supportive of the student athlete recruiting guidelines, rules, and regulations. All parties are prohibited from using this Site or High School Exposure, LLC’s data for any purpose that violates the NCAA’s guidelines, rules, or regulations. High School Exposure, LLC reserves the right to terminate anyone’s account for said violations or for any use that is unacceptable to High School Exposure, LLC, in its sole discretion.
High School Exposure, LLC’s purpose is to aid student athletes that subscribe to its professional services in the recruitment process. High School Exposure, LLC cannot offer any guarantees of the Athlete being recruited nor do we make any arrangements on behalf of the Athlete for scholarships or financial aid. Our purpose is to create an easily accessible platform for college coaches to review and evaluate our Athletes and for the Athletes to have access to the potential colleges of their sport. It is the responsibility of the Athlete to effectively use the tools and maintain contact with the coaches.
Legal Disclaimer
High School Exposure, LLC does not warrant the accuracy of the data in the Athlete’s profile nor does it warrant that a College Coach has not submitted false data. Further, we do not warrant that the Site will be online at all times. The Site will be offline for routine maintenance and for situations beyond our reasonable control. Further, High School Exposure, LLC does not warrant the products, services, or online claims of any of its Third Party Advertisers. Your use of this Site is at your sole risk.
